Sunworkstore — Return & Refund Policy
Clear, fair rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed via Sunworkstore.
1. Return window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
2. Return conditions
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
3. How to request a return or exchange
- Contact Sunworkstore customer support with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization — only authorized returns will be accepted.
4. Shipping costs for returns
- If return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), Sunworkstore covers return shipping.
- If return is due to customer choice (change of mind, wrong model selected), the customer pays return shipping.
5. Refunds and exchanges
- Returned items are inspected on receipt. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For exchanges, the replacement item is shipped after verification of the returned product and subject to availability.
6. Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used, altered, or are missing parts/original packaging are not eligible for return.
- Custom or specially configured items may be final sale and cannot be returned unless defective; such exceptions will be stated on the product page.
7. Defective or damaged goods
If you receive defective or damaged goods, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details. We will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement (depending on customer preference and stock availability).
